- Merchandise may only be returned if defective, unwashed, unworn with original price tags. Please note that there will be NO cash refund.
- If you would like to return your purchase, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 working days after receiving your purchase and we will send you an email containing returns instructions on returning the product.
- The item must be sent back immediately to us and we must receive it within 7 days. Jaime & Jaimie have the right to cancel returns if customers are unable to do so.
- Customers will be responsible for the delivery fees for refunding the items.
- Items purchased from www.jaimeandjaimie.com cannot be returned at Jaime & Jaimie store. Our sales representative has the right to refuse any returns from site purchase and direct you to our site customer representative at email@example.com.
- Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the exchange will be given to you.
